All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Packaging

All prints are shipped rolled and unframed, carefully packaged in a protective mailing tube to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. This helps avoid creasing, bending, and damage during transit.

Original artworks may be shipped flat or rolled depending on the size and medium used.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via Australia Post or other reputable courier services. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Australia (Standard): 3–8 business days

  • Australia (Express): 1–3 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and external factors.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You will see the total shipping cost before you confirm your order.
