At Bruce Griffiths Warercolour's, we take great care in the quality and presentation of our watercolour artworks and related products. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Change of Mind
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on original artworks, prints, or commissioned pieces. Each artwork is handmade or printed to order, and as such, all sales are final.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund as required by Australian Consumer Law.
To initiate a claim:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

We may ask you to return the item before a refund or replacement is processed.
3. Commissioned Artwork
Due to the personalised nature of commissioned artworks, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If there is a significant issue with the final artwork, please contact us within 7 days to discuss a resolution.
4. Digital Products
All sales of digital downloads (e.g. prints, tutorials) are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for digital products once they have been downloaded or delivered, unless they are defective or unable to be accessed.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed via your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
